Cierra is the founder of Hey Buddy Social, a Reno-based marketing agency that partners with pro athletes and top outdoor brands. She launched the agency at 28, and it’s quickly made a name for itself by helping clients connect with their audience in authentic, meaningful ways.

Before diving into marketing, Cierra had an impressive career in mountain biking. She discovered her passion for riding at 8 years old, and by 15, she was the youngest female pro mountain biker and a 5-time Junior National Champion. After some ups and downs during college, she found her love for the sport again through coaching and working with Ladies Allride.

Cierra now lives in Reno with her partner, Whitney, and their adorable weiner dog, Noodle. When she’s not running Hey Buddy, she’s all about helping others discover the joy of mountain biking and the great outdoors. And yes, she’s still a big kid at heart, it’s the best part about her.
